Suggest Treatment For Burning And Swelling In Vaginal Walls

Last Sunday I noticed that the skin on my lower but was starting to hurt me and when I went to check it became red and started to burn really bad and then I noticed my vagina lips started to swell the next day I checked and it became all rough I been using a cream and now my vagina lips is starting to peel what does this mean?
