Suggest Treatment For Burning And Swelling Vagina

uhm where to start. a few weeks ago i had my iud removed because it kept falling down. i have a 3 year old and im 21 years old.
i told my doctor that i was experiencing burning of my vagina that same visit .. like it literaly felt like it was on fire and it would even swell.
they did a urine sample and a pap [inwhich i have to pick up my results in a few days] and they told me i have bacterial vaginoasis? sry i spelled that wrong
. they gave me a 7 day oral medication and told me it would go away. i took the medication for 4 days and went out of town and kinda forgot my medication.
i was in so much pain that i couldnt walk without it hurting. i went to the nearest health clinic and was seen. they did a urine sample
and i told the doctor that this has to be something else because the pain is so bad. he examined my urine and told me i have a yeast infection.
he gave me that one pill for yeast infections that is supose to clear it up in a few days and a cream. i was feeling great the same day and i didnt even have to use
the cream for irritation. its been 5 days since no pain and now im again im in alot of pain. but a different kind of pain. I feel like i have to urinate but not much comes out
and it hurts alot. it burns when i pee. and it also has a bad smell even though i just took a shower. im freaking out doing all kinda of research online thinking it could
be an std because i do have a new partner and dumb of me i know butwe are not using protection because i am alergic to latex and the nonlatex condoms are retarded and
dnt even roll down right. please help me. im going crazy. could it be thrust even though i recieved medication for the yeast infection a week ago?!
