Suggest Treatment For Burning And Tingling Sensation In Arm

hello, my right arm tingles right to my fingers. It seems to worsen after using the iphone i just bought...i know it sounds stupid but it seems to be true...i put it away but the feeling in my arm will not go away. My arm seems to be really hot and uncomfortable and my head seems to be really hot too...feels like its 90 degrees in the house but it isnt. i'd appreciate any help. Thank you.
