Hello,

Thank you for asking at HCM.

I went through your history and would like to make suggestions for you as follows:

1. As you have burning chest pains, salivation, nausea and stomach pains, I would think of causes like gastroesophageal reflux syndrome (GERD), gastritis, esophagitis, etc, which are related to esophagus and stomach.

2. I usually suggest my such patients antacids like omeprazole or ranitidine 30 minutes before meals.

3. I would suggest you to avoid hot/spicy foods, caffeinated beverages, alcohol and smoking.

4. If this does not help you, I would suggest you to consult a gastroenterologist who will examine you and may suggest yoy some investigations.

5. Inability to stand for long may not be related to other symptoms.

Hope above suggestions will be helpful to you.

Should you have any further query, please feel free to ask at HCM.

Wish you the best of the health ahead.

Thank you & Regards.
