Suggest Treatment For Burning Nose And Itchy Throat

Hi, I was involved in a car accident 5 days ago, resulting in mainly trauma to the right side of my face, mainly my right forehead, cheek and nose. I now suspect that I may have sinusitis due to a frequently runny nose, post nasal drip, burning nose, itchy throat and last throat pain (burning) mainly in the evening until early morning.... Could this be the case? If so what should I do? It s very uncomfortable.

hello, thanks for your query. yes, you are right, this is post traumatic sinusitis causing post nasal drip leading to sore throat and itching, have one xray pns for confirmation. visit an ent surgeon for appropriate antibiotic course and decongesents. mean time you can take steam inhalation. hope I have answered your query. all the best. take care.
