Suggest Treatment For Burning Pain In Knee

I am having pain in my left knee.
It is a burning pain on the inside of my left knee. Pain is intermitted, meaning It hurts when the knee is at rest or if I'm moving. Any weight caused discomfort (such as getting out of my SUV) Long periods of standing or walking makes the knee very tired and there is a low grade pain. Sometimes there is a pain which feels to be deep in the middle of the knee.

Hi,
From the compliants given above, it mostly appears to a a arthritic changes in knee. There are two probable conditions, a rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis which have symptom profile similar to this.
A detailed history and physical examination like duration of onset, variation in pain with time, various other joint involved, and associated complaints like fever, back ache, etc needs to be known.
I would advice you to get a complete blood haemogram, knee XRay, ESR test. I would advice you to see a an Orthopedic doctor as it warrants examination in regards with the points mentioned above.
Till further consultation Itvis advisable to avoid strenuous activities of knee.
Over the counter pain killers life ibuprofen, can be taken if needed.
Welcome for futher suggestions.
