From the compliants given above, it mostly appears to a a arthritic changes in knee. There are two probable conditions, a
rheumatoid arthritis or
osteoarthritis which have symptom profile similar to this.
A detailed history and physical examination like duration of onset, variation in pain with time, various other joint involved, and associated complaints like
fever, back ache, etc needs to be known.
I would advice you to get a complete blood haemogram, knee XRay,
ESR test. I would advice you to see a an Orthopedic doctor as it warrants examination in regards with the points mentioned above.
Till further consultation Itvis advisable to avoid strenuous activities of knee.
Over the counter pain killers life
ibuprofen, can be taken if needed.
