Suggest Treatment For Burning Pain In Neck

Hi my name is Shayne. I have a burning pain in my neck that will not go away. I've been having it for about 4 hours. Lights are also bothering me. I've taken ibuprofen and the pain hasn't gone away. It doesn't feel like my neck muscles. I can move my head around and the pain stays the same the whole time. Any ideas as to what this could be?
