Suggest Treatment For Burning Pain On The Foot And Legs

Hi, this is from delhi , i have diabties last 6th years but last one years i am facing very big problem in my both foot, feeling very burning pain each and every time...... i am taking insuline also is called lintus 16 unit daily at night but suger is not controlled. fasting suger is 80,90,100,120 but pp 200,250,300,400. so pls tell me what i will do that , how to control pp suger
