Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation And Lesion Beside Vagina

Hi, good morning... I have been feeling a pepperish sensation in my clitoris and I am worried. No, I do not feel pain when I urinate but the pepperish sensation there. I started noticing it when I used dettol a disinfectant to wash my clitoris, I mixed a little in water, after that my clitoris was pepperish and I noticed a cut beside it, I have been having a burning feeling there since then and around my vagina. Do I have an STD? Please help me, am worried

The burning sensation and lesion beside the vagina indicates possible hypersensitivity issue from Dettol disinfectant. The following measures will help you to recover from the current condition as
- Keep the area clean with sterile water
- Avoid further application of Dettol
- Local application of Neosporin skin cream
- Additional use of aloe vera gel or turmeric paste gives fantastic results with herbal approach
- Keep blood sugar under control
- Wear loose, clean, cotton inner wear
- Avoid tight panties or jeans
- Avoid sexual intercourse if active at present
