Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation And Lump In Throat

Hi .Whilst on holiday I developed terrible heart burn , I ended up seeing a German Doctor who listened to my stomach and also felt it , he then prescribed me Pantoprazole Actavis 40mg for oesophagitis . I have now been taking this for nearly 4 weeks , the pain of the heartburn has gone but I still have this burning and sensation of a lump in the back of my throat . Should I wait and finish the course or should I go to my Doctor ? Thank you .

Better consult an ENT. The acid reflux (if causal) into the Pharynx should have cleared by 4 wks Pentaprozole.
