It may be
burning mouth syndrome. There are many causes of burning mouth syndrome. Consult the
dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. He may investigate and may come to some cause of the disease and accordingly he may treat you.
Diabetes, dry mouth (caused by Sjogren's syndrome, certain medications, or radiation therapy), iron deficiency,
vitamin B12 deficiency, deficiency of folic acid, thiamin deficiency, thrush (a fungal infection in your mouth), other nutritional deficiencies like
Riboflavin deficiency,
pyridoxine deficiency,cobalamin deficiency may affect your oral tissues can cause a burning mouth. Anemia can also cause burning mouth syndrome.
Treatment of the disease or deficiencies of vitamins may improve the condition. Drink plenty of fluids to help ease the feeling of dry mouth or suck on ice chips. Avoid acidic foods and liquids such as tomatoes, orange juice, carbonated beverages and coffee.
