Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation And Tightness In Vagina Due To Thrush

Hi, 2 weeks Ago I got told I had thrush and to insert one pessary tablet up me and it should be cleared up. A week later I tried for sex with my boyfriend of 8 months and it s usually fine, but I had a burning sensation and was too tight and wouldn t happen. Last night we tried again and it was still a bit too tight and has caused bleeding. I m too worried to go back to the doctors. What s up with me?
