Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation At The Back Of The Head

i have been suffering with headaches at the base of my head for a number of weeks, i often feel dizzy as i stand up, and im now getting a burning sensation at the back of my head. I'm beginning to get a little worried. I understand it could simply be a stress headache but i dont feel stressed. Any help would be greatly appreciated
