Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation During Urination
I am a male of 60 with a 4 day hx of burning on urination with urine that smells strongly like bacon, which I have not eaten in months. Urinalysis is said to be unremarkable; we are waiting for cultures, but the lack of WBC in urine suggests they may be negative. Any ideas?

I understand your concern
Burning sensation is most commonly due to urinary tract infection.
Wait for the culture report and meanwhile take following advices:
Tablet septran DS
Tablet nitrozoilum and pyridium
Syrup cital: two table spoon in the half glass of the water three times a day
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple.
Do not delay in empty the bladder and empty it completely.
