Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation During Urination

Hi, last week Friday myself and my boyfriend had intercourse and I think I got friction burn, it s only gotten worse and worse.. it is sore to urinate and even walk, I ve been stuck laying down for days hoping it will get better but I m not having much luck, I m even restricting myself from urinating as it s so painful.. I ve noticed a few bumps in that area now aswell, and the pain seems to be coming from that area.. as well it is swollen.. I can t take of work and I want to get better.. does this sound like friction burn? And what can I do to speed up the healing?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to vaginal infection, Urinary tract infection
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo urine tests and vaginal swab test to confirm the cause
Doctor will give following advises:
For UTI: tablet septran, tablet pyridium, syrup cital
For vaginal infection:
Single does of fluconazole + tinidazole + azithromycin
Vaginal suppository of clingen and lactobacillus
Apply vagisil cram
Wash vagina with warm salted water and then apply apple cidar vinegar
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene by using V vaginal plus wash

Drink plenty of water and jucie of cranberry, orange and pineapple
Do not delay in empty the bladder and empty it completely
