Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation During Urination

experiencing chills..., skin, hair kinda hurt, especially in cold air; burning sensation @ urination and seems like i have to go all the time? gas and feel like i have to defecate all the time, but then is like constipation? assume this a virus, but never had anything quite like it before

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to urinary tract infection and constipation,
I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo urine tests, culture and sensitivity and routine blood tests to confirm the cause.
Doctor will give following advises:
Start with broad spectrum like cefexime and then according to culture report.
Tablet paracetamo
Tablet pyridium and syrup cital
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry,orange and pineapple
For constipation:
syrup cremaffin will useful
Take soluble fiber like senna
Do regular exercise.
