Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In Legs And Feet

hello i have been told i have sciatica prhaps from weak muscles from a foot injury didnt walk for 2 months then went bak to work at 72 hrs a week symptoms are burning in thighs legs and feet does it also cause burning in arms and lower abdomen?any advice ps i dont have health insurance i am 60 yrs old and female
