Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In Mouth And Swollen Lips

36 yo niece, pain and tingling in corner of mouth started yesterday while camping, progressed to pain in mouth and swollen lips. No throat swelling or SOB. No lesions in mouth or lips. Did not seem to respond to Benedryl 25mg taken yesterday. This morning same sx s but now mouth is burning, worse if she eats or talks, and clef between top lip and nose burns, lips are more swollen and gums are starting to swell, still no throat swelling or breathing issues. Took Claritin 30min ago without noticeable response but sx s have not progressed. Taking ibuprofen for pain. She is 1.5hr away from medical care, otherwise healthy. Any recommendations?

This can be case of angioneurotic edema or progressing to Vincent's angina due to secondary infection.
Must be seen by a Doctor to determine the cause as the treatment differs in different diagnosis.
Continue Benedryl, Ibuprofen and claritin; may need antibiotics , oral rinses.
Give plenty of fluids orally for rehydration.
