Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In The Chest
sir I have burning type of chest pain since 1year which appears atleast once in a week.. I feel complete respiratory obstruction during evening time sleep(not with night sleep which is adequate and normal) at that time I feel as if my skull is going to burst now that much pressure in the skull.... then slowly I regains my breathe....then my heart will start beating strongly so that I can feel it atleast for few hours which is associated with burning type of chest pain...... my ECG and echocardiogram are normal... I feel upper part my left rigcage is swollen..... sir what could be the cause?
I would recommend the initiation of a proton pump inhibitor to be taken at least 15 minutes before each meal, avoid spicy food, avoid fatty/oily/fried food. In addition to this, initiate gelusilantacid syrup 2 tbsp twice a day before meals.
If at all you are sure there is swelling, then report to a doctor for a physical examination to rule out costochondritis.
HI Well come to HCM I appreciate your concern, acid secretion in human body at the time of evening is more, so the reason of your symptoms of chest burning at the time of evening could be due to hyperacidity, if the condition being treated with "PPI" (Proton pump inhibitor) then this would be much benefitted, and the best drug would be "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day at evening time, avoid smoking, alcohol, coffee, prior to bed, eat more alkali diet, take care and have a nice day.
