Helli sir and welcome.

I would recommend the initiation of a proton pump inhibitor to be taken at least 15 minutes before each meal, avoid spicy food, avoid fatty/oily/fried food. In addition to this, initiate gelusil antacid syrup 2 tbsp twice a day before meals.

If at all you are sure there is swelling, then report to a doctor for a physical examination to rule out costochondritis.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.

HI
Well come to HCM
I appreciate your concern, acid secretion in human body at the time of evening is more, so the reason of your symptoms of chest burning at the time of evening could be due to hyperacidity, if the condition being treated with "PPI" (Proton pump inhibitor) then this would be much benefitted, and the best drug would be "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day at evening time, avoid smoking, alcohol, coffee, prior to bed, eat more alkali diet, take care and have a nice day.
