Hi,

You can use ice to help with pain and swelling in the area and some paracetamol and ibuprofen as well.

If you notice any worsening of the symptoms or you notice any problems with urination like difficulty passing urine or burning you will need to let your doctor know.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj,
