Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In The Legs

Occasionally, and with much increasing frequency, I have a burning sensation on my legs in patches- rarely the same location, but more often than not somewhere on my shins. Area of burning sensation typically 3- 4 inches, no visual indications as to cause. Goes away in a few minutes, but now it is happening on my forearms as well. 10- 15 episodes a day; when this started a month ago it was 1-2 times per day.
