Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In The Shoulders

i am having extreme burning pain in my upper back and shoulders that has started radiating into my right arm and hand, also burning into both feet. is there anything i can take... took 2 lyrica but it is so bad right now i am sick at my stomach. burning in upper back and shoulders has been all day, but now i have like a vein on my wrist that popped up big.
