Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation On Butt Cheeks

I started getting this sunburn like burning sensation on my right butt cheek no rash or redness . the next day it felt the same until that night now my skin on my ears, face, neck, back, butt, even eyes burn but no rash sometimes the burning pain moves just to the lower back and butt then it feels better and moves to another part of the body . it will subside then get worse . what is this/
