Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation On The Chest And Heartburn

I been having heartburn when I eat certain foods. I am so convinced I have Esopohagus Cancer. Ts on my mind 24/7. i get a burning on my right side chest and when I drink cold water I can feel like it's raw. I have no problem eating. Just so worried plus I always had high anxiety.

As per your complain heartburn on eating certain foods might be due to GASTRO-ESOPHAGEAL REFLUX DISEASE commonly known as Acid Reflux in which acid from stomach refluxes back into throat leading to inflammation in the lining of the food pipe leading to Heart burn..
You should consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and an Upper G. I Endoscopy can help in confirming the cause and treatment can be planned accordingly..
He can advise you Proton pump inhibitor like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole, antacid, H2 blockers, light diet, mild exercises, drink plenty of water and sleep with head raised as compared to feet.
Avoiding spicy and acidic foods and taking plenty of Probiotics like Yoghurt can help..
