Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation On The Fingers

I have a burning sensation on the back of a few fingers, after getting paint thinner on them, which was on them for as much as 30 minutes. I thoroughly washed them with soap and water, but the burning sensation still persists. What should I do under the circumstances?

Hi

You seem to have developed an allergic reaction over the hands.
You might need a course of oral antihistamines like levocetrizine once daily at night.
Apply a topical steroid cream like cortisone cream over the affected area twice daily.
Avoid using the same chemical again over your skin since you might develop the similar rash again .

Hope it helps
