Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation While Breathing

I spray painted some Easter baskets this weekend. I sprayed them outside but I did not use a mask. Later in the evening, my nose felt tender to the touch and my sinuses appear to be swollen and my teeth are hurting. I am not stopped up but when I breathe it burns. What can I do to feel better?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello and welcome to health care magic,

You seem to be having an allergy and reflux due to the spray painting. You need to start an antihistamine like levocetrizine and also an antireflux medication like pantoprazole as soon as possible in consultation with your ENT as soon as possible
regards
