Suggest Treatment For Burnt Marks On The Hands
my sister have marks on her hand when she was 5-6 years old, very hot tea fell on her hand and my mother was so confused at that time and poured cold water on her hand It was the time of winters,so she was also wearing sweater,so when she worn out it. her skin also came out with it..and since then the part of her hand has marks. now what to do to remove these marks..surgery??
