Suggest Treatment For Burnt Skin On Right Side Of Eye And Forehead
Hi this annu yesterday night iget burn on my right hand side of my eye and on my forehead there on face black patches as been came out but its not in forum of bubbles but it has taken little bit prt of it so pls suggest me wht should I do......tht this patches would be 4emove

The black patches are most likely due to dead skin along with post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), which is common after any inflammatory injury to the skin. If it is a fresh burn, you may begin using a topical antibacterial e.g either silver sulphadiazine ointment Or 2% mupirocin ointment, twice daily and continue it till the dead skin peels off and for a few more days thereafter. Once the dead skin peels you may use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream for any post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation that is left over. I would suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region for a visual assessment of the exact skin condition and appropriate treatment.
