Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.

As per your complain it seems that due to repeated eating of very hot foods there has been burning of the tongue and it might have lead to Grade I or Grade II burns over the tongue and throat and it is leading to burning sensation with peppers or spices..
Yet the condition does not look very serous and will recover gradually as the healing of the mucosa will proceed..
As there is profuse blood supply inside oral cavity the healing will take place soon.
You can gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine to relieve pain especially during meals..
You can take anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen..
You can suck ice and drink ice cool water as it will soothe the tongue as well as throat down the oesophagus to relieve inflammation and burning..
Take a semisolid and soft diet..
Avoid spicy, acidic and hard foods to prevent inflammation..
Rely more on cool liquids..
Maintain a good oral hygiene..
In case if it does not improve in a week consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated.

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
