Hi

There are OTC creams available in medical stores which you can use, one such topical cream is burnol and can be used over the region described. As for the blister, please make sure you do not burst it and it heals on its own.

Keep the region clean and dry at all times and apply a sterile dressing over the region. If you see any signs of worsening please visit a medical center for a mag sulphate dressing.

Best wishes
