Suggest Treatment For Bursitis In The Shoulder

I have a smal nodule on my upper arm where a doctor in the past says I have bursitis in the shoulder arm area they say it is probably a lipoma but my mother had a high grade sarcoma on her arm a decade ago and received treatment x rays did not show anything but should I get an MRI or am I over worrying .
