Suggest Treatment For Calcaneal Spur

Dear doctor; I am suffering from calcaneal spur (Heel Pain) for the past 1 Years. I have undergone Phicyotheraphy in your hospital for 13 days last month with out any releaf. I am 62 year old. Is there any effective treatment for my problem? Please advice.
