Suggest Treatment For Calf Pain

My calve left side started hurting two days ago it feels real tight like and a lot of pain sometimes it helps to elevate it sometimes it dont it hurts a lot when I lay down and it doesnt hurt as much when I stand I got some icyhot roll on and wrapped a bandage around it that helps a little with pain but it still hurts. what is it and what should I do I dont have insurance that why Im looking on here
