Suggest Treatment For Canal Stenosis At L4-L5 Level Due To Protruded Disc

My mri report reveals that- central and bilateral paracentral disc protrusion at L4-L5 level with thecal compression and bilateral foraminal encroachment (L>R). Central and bilateral paracentral disc herniation is noted at L3-L4 level causing thecal compression and right foraminal and extra foraminal encroachment. The right foraminal / extra foraminal component of the herniated L3-L4 disc appears extruded. There is sacralization of L5 with pseudoarthrosis on the right side and rudimentary L5-S1 disc. there is hypertrophy of facet joints at L4-L5 level. there is secondary canal stenosis at L4-L5 level due to protruded disc, facet anthropathy and prominent ligamentum flavum. Sir how can i get cured?
