Suggest Treatment For Carpal Tunnel Symptoms After Child Birth

Hi... I had my son 6 months ago. During my last month of pregnancy I had normal swelling of my feet and hands due to water retention. I had carpal tunnel in my hands due to pregnancy. It has been six months and I still have those same symptoms. To look at my hands or feet you would not be able to see any swelling. However, I still have the symptoms of carpal tunnel, I still cannot wear my wedding rings and my feet feel like I'm walking on needles at times. Any suggestions?
