Suggest Treatment For Carpel Tunnel In Hands With High Cholesterol Levels

I hurt all the time - mostly in my hands and feet - but it feels like all over. It's worse at night and on the morning. I have high cholesterol ( taking simvasatin). Have been diagnosed with carpal tunnel in both hands. I'm 5' tall and weight about 144lbs I need some relief not sure what to do
