Suggest Treatment For Cataract

hi doc,i just want to ask if there is still a remedy in my 84 y/o grandmother who has a cataract since her early 40's but she had an operation in her right eye last 1983 but it didn't had a follow up on her left eye since then i noticed her left eye in the middle small circle part has a back and forth movement,and also can i ask for an eyedrop of what kind just to have a temporary remedy on my grandma's eyes.Thank You

cataract is generally bilateral. her condition can be assessed now. get her checked by eye doctor what ever advise is given follow that.
