General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to a flu or a non allergic rhinitis.
It should be evaluated by an ENT specialist.
Meanwhile,I suggest:
-Use an infant nasal bulb, or aspirator, to suck mucus
-Use a saline spray to moisten the nasal passages before suctioning mucus or a saline gel to cut down on inflammation.
-Give Fluids.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
