Suggest Treatment For Cavity On The Face

I have a large cavity on my face, was a zit but no it s just like a cavity. I have no insurance. I keep draining it using a sterilized needle. I always get very watery puss and blood out, and today a solid white puss shout out. Since then it has drained continuously the same yellowish watery puss. I have kept it clean with hydrogen peroxide and newsprint, but I am considering irrigating it with either alcohol, saline, or peroxide by injecting it into the cavity to wipe out any remaining infection. Is this safe? My mother is a trained lab tech, I will let her do the procedure.

I really appreciate your concern, this is the clear cut history of infection and it needs antibiotic and best would be "Tab Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid" twice in day for 10 days, care need to be taken for wound, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
