Suggest Treatment For Cellulitis

I have been diagnosed with cellulitis and it is very painful. Have had an MRI W/W-O contrast dye. Does not show any blood clots or abscess. After one week of antibiotics, pain meds and heparin injections, it is not feeling very much improvement. I am home now and still in much pain. Should I be concerned? My family DR will come to make a home viisit on Monday.
