1. C5-C6 disc degenerative changes with mild diffuse posterior central and left paracentral bulge impinging the ventral root as mentioned

2. 6mm of the cerebellar tonsiles are noted below the foramen magnum inline with tonsillar herniation (chiari type1) for further clinical correlation

can anybody advise what to do further reg the above report
