Suggest Treatment For Cerebral Atrophy

Hi I am Rajesh Bhardwaj, my son is suffering from cardioloy problem he has tightness in pulmonary valvular from which blood goes to lungs and cerebral atropy which causes slow growth and activities, kindly suggest me a treatment, we already doing physiotherapy
