Suggest Treatment For Cerebral Palsy And Epilepsy

Sir,
My nephew named sherin ,having 5 years caught cerebral palsy along with epilepsy.He is in a continuos medication for a long period(>3years).Doctor prescribed to use valparin syrup,revotril 2.5 and nutrophill syrup.After continuous usage for a 2 year period there was no change.

Then consult another doctor he suggested use valparin syrup and levera tablet.After a months usage the result was same.

We consult Sree Chithirathirunal Institute of Scince and Technology, Thiruvananthapuram, kerala.After taking MRI ;shows one side of the brain is not developed properly.EEG was ok.They also suggested to use valparin and levera.No chages showed.

Then we went to ayurveda .There is talk ayurveda is better for epilepsy.Now he is undergoing ayurvedic treatment. Along with that medicine , we give valparin and levera under the openion of the ayurvedic doctor.Now the stage as same as before.

The symptoms are,
1.
After wake up ;suddenly his head goes downwards then his hands goes upward .
After that shock he becomes normal.Then it comes again again within the first 30 minutes (after wakeup ).
Seen oftenly other times also
2.
while walking when he loses balance(when slips or fell) the epilepsy started.
High breathing rate ,stiff hands going upwards head suddenly goes downwards and fell down.breathing rate again becomes high with noises.
3.
After this he is became sleepy and fell into sleep Body shows tired.Some times he speaks whatever he knows May be rhymes.

Now he is going to School.

Every time he is running and doing something really a wicket boy.When epilepsy came he seems very tired and some times cannot walk proerly for a little time.
