Suggest Treatment For Cerebral Palsy

Hello Doctor,
I need your kind advise. My son is cerebral palsy, he is right hemiplegic. he is 7 yrs old, he is recently having lenux gastraut syndrome.

His present dose is : cloba-5 (1-0-1), lamictal-5 (1-0-1 followed after 2 weeks : 2-0-2), Valparin-200 (1-0-1), topamac-50., zonisep-100 (1-0-1).
Should he take lamictal with torleva-250 mg.. pl suggest.
Even after present dose jerks are not under control.
