Hello Dr. my daughter is 18 yrs old suffering from cerebral palsy i have taken to her to so many Drs. but untill then no 100% sure treatment was available I have not seen any Dr. for last 3 yrs. is there is medicine have developent to cure the it, and at the same time i want to about stem cell treatment is it perfect and what are its charges
