Suggest Treatment For Cerebral Thrombosis

my mom had a cerebral thrombosis attack 6 months ago. her right side was paralysed. now she takes medicines like deplett, atrovastretin, stamlobeta, somazena. now, she recovers slowly, do her job normally. i want to know that, are those medicines are sufficient? is there any better treatment?
