Suggest Treatment For Cervical Erosion

Hi I had a hospital app the other day and was told I had cervical erosion. I thought my cycle was starting last night, I had a heavy bleed for 12 hours and now it s stopped. Before the hospital app 3 weeks ago, I had an internal examination which caused me to bleed for 48 hours. At the time I thought that was my cycle starting. I m not on the pill so have no idea what is actually going on with my cycle. My tummy is bloated with a bit of cramping, is this normal?

Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
you had bleeding after 3 weeks... are your cycles shorter? cervical errosion can not cause profuse bleeding.If you have bleeding following internal examination .. it has to be something else than errosion. It can be cervical polyp/cervical malignancy.
I would suggest a detailed examination by an expert gynecologist/pathological tests like vaginal swab culture test,pap smear test & come to exact diagnosis.
Once the diagnosis is confirmed.. cervical errosion can be treated with suitable antibiotic, anti inflammatory drug,anti fungal drug..
as per need orally. Vaginal pessaries, cream as per need. ( course given to both sex partners. abstinence is observed till healing is acheived.)
If needed cervical cautery following cervical biopsy is performed.
Good nutrition for having good health & resistance is important.
