Suggest Treatment For Cervical Fracture

My uncle had Cervical fracture in his C6 yesterday after a fall from the tall ladder. He had laminectomy after that. Now he cant move nor feel in his lower extremeties. Is there a chance that he will still can walk, nor have feelings in his lower parts of his body? Thank you for your help. Sincerely,May
