Suggest Treatment For Cervical Herniated Disc Problem

I have a cervical herniated disc problem.I was in emergency yesterday.They did not do anything about the severe dizziness Im having. Is this common to be so dizzy? I am just icing the neck area and taking tylenol.Age 64 5'4 I did not have a problem until a car accident 10 yrs.ago,was in therapy for quite a while,have not had problems until this week.My main concern is the dizziness.
