Suggest Treatment For Cervical Incompetency

i m having cervical Incompetency. recently i got a miscarriage. at the time of pregnancy i m taking insulin. before pregnancy i m taking tab. Metformin 500mg daily one. i m having thyroid taking tab. Thyronorm 125mg daily. is there any treatment for the cervical incompetency. if we take the treatment is there 100% chance in having a baby. for me till now 4 miscarrriages. do u suggest any treatment in Hyderabad.
